CrowdStrike Names VP Engineering
Irvine-based security and threat intelligence software developer CrowdStrike has named Amol Kulkarni as the company's new Vice President of Engineering, the company said Tuesday. Kulkarni was most recently at Microsoft, and had been responsible for the knowledge platform at Bing, and also had worked on Windows Azure and BizTalk Server. CrowdStrike said Kulkarni will oversee the company's engineering organization and customer-facing technology infrastructure. CrowdStrike provides endpoint protection, threat intelligence, and other related cybersecurity services, and is led by George Kurtz.
