j2 Global Buys Five More Companies

Los Angeles-based j2 Global, which provides both a suite of Internet services and runs an extensive digital media and content publishing business, has made five more acquisitions, the company said today. The company said it completed five acquisition in the first quarter of 2017 across three of its business units. The company said it acquired MXForce (email), SendInc (email), Longscope (email), MailerMailer (email marketing), and Scrypt (fax). Financial details of the various acquisition were not announced, and j2 said it does not expect the financial impact to be material. j2 Global run such services as eFax, eVoice, Onebox, FuseMail, and many others, and also publishes such online publications as PCMag, IGN, AskMen, Everyday Health, and many others.
