NantHealth Raises $100M From Kuwait

Los Angeles-based health technology developer NantHealth, which was founded, backed, and is led by billionaire Dr. Patrick Soon-Shiong, said this morning that it has raised $100M in a funding round. The funding came from Kuwait's sovereign wealth fund, the Kuwait Investment Authority (KIA). NantHealth is developing clinical decision support and other related systems, which are being aimed at enabling better patient care and reduced costs.
