New Relic Files For IPO
San Francisco-based New Relic, the developer of IT monitoring and performance management software, has filed for an IPO. The company says it is looking to raised $100M in its IPO, using the symbol NEWR. The company has not yet selected an exchange. New Relic's IPO is being underwritten by Morgan Stanley, J.P. morgan, Allen & Company, UBS Investment Bank, JMP Securities, and Raymond James. New Relic is venture backed by Benchmark Capital, Insight Venture Partners, Tenaya Capital, Trinity Ventures, along with others.
