Osurv Acquired By Private Equity Investor

Los Angeles-based Osurv, a developer of mobile survey software, announced on Friday that it has been acquired by Singapore private equity investor Tan Capital Partners. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Osurv was founded in 2012, and was led by Jad Meouchy. The company said its tools are used by such brands as Caesars Entertainment and Casio to collect and analyze data from their customers, in real time. Osurv said Tan Capital Partners will integrate its technology into nearly 800 hotels that Tan Capital owns and operates throughout Asia. Osurv was backed by StartEngine, and was part of StartEngine back when it was a startup accelerator.
