ActiveGrid Acquires TurboAJAX

San Francisco-based ActiveGrid said Monday that it has acquired TurboAJAX Group, a provider of JavaScript components. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. ActiveGrid develops Web 2.0 software for the enterprise. ActiveGrid provides software for developing Web 2.0 enterprise applications, and is backed by Mitchell Kertzman and Jean-Louis Gassee.
