Allegis Capital Names Kendall Cooper CFO

Palo Alto-based venture capital firm Allegis Capital said today that it has named Kendall Cooper as its Chief Financial Officer. Cooper was most recently CFO of The Mayfield Fund, and also was a managing member of Sequoia Capital VIII. Cooper has also consulted with Cardinal Venture Capital, and was CFO and general partner at Dominion Ventures. Allegis has $500M under management, focused on seed and early stage venture capital.
