Ariba Completes Procuri Buy

Sunnyvale-based Ariba said Monday afternoon that it has completed its acquisition of Procuri, a provider of software-as-a-service for the supply management sector. The deal was worth $93M in cash and stock, and was originally announced in September. Ariba said the deal would provide it with extensive experience in delivering on-demand solutions and strength in selling software-as-a-service. Procuri was based in Atlanta, Georgia.
