Attune Raises $14M

Santa Clara-based Atunne Systems said today that it has received $14M in a new venture capital round, led by RWI Ventures. Other investors in the round included GF Private Equity Group, Alloy Ventures, QTV Capital, Rock Creek Capital, and Shea Ventures. Attune is a developer of network file management and virtualization software. Attune said the funding will be used to ramp its sales and marketing, along with support additional R&D. Attune plays in the network attached storage (NAS) market. More information »
