Battery Ventures Names Facebook Vet As EIR

Battery Ventures is bolstering its presence in Menlo Park, with the hiring of a Facebook veteran as its newest Entrepreneur in Residence. The firm said that it has hired Charles Jolley as its newest EIR in Menlo Park. Jolley was most recently Facebook's Mobile Platform Head of Product, and also had been founder of Strobe before its acquisition by Facebook. Battery said Jolley will help the firm in the enterprise tablet space. Jolley also served at Apple.
