BoardVantage Gets $5.5M

Bay Partners and Foundation Capital have invested in Boardvantage, a Menlo Park-based startup developing an online service for managing board of directors work. The company's service manages documents, communications, and collaboration for board of directors. Both Bay and Foundation are existing investors in the firm. More information »
