Chegg Acquires Cramster

Santa Clara-based textbook rental site Chegg said this morning that it has acquired Cramster, an online homework help site. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Cramster, which was based in Pasadena, California, offers up homework help, discussion and study groups, practice tests, and more resources around homework and tutoring.
