CodeEval Acquired By HireVue

CodeEval, the San Francisco-based developer of online interviewing tools which test the programming and software chops of potential employees, has been acquired by HireVue, a developer of online interviewing tools. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. CodeEval was part of the incubator program at i/o Ventures. The firm's online software quizzes programmers on different programming tasks, and evaluates their coding skills, allowing non-technical recruiters and hiring managers to better evaluate their software ability.
