CX Acquires FileDen

Palo Alto-based CX Inc., a provider of cloud storage and file management services, said today that it has acquired FileDen, a provider of online storage products, from myCloud Holdings. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. FileDen is an online service which allows users to freely upload and share files. CX is backed by Hanna Capital and Tomorrow Ventures.
