DataSong Acquired By MarketShare
San Francisco-based DataSong, a developer of cross channel analytics software for such customers as Neiman Marcus, William Sononma, DirecTV and Pottery Barn, has been acquired by Los Angeles-based MarketShare, the companies announced today. Financial details of the deal were not announced. DataSong CEO John Wallace joins MarketShare as Chief Growth Officer, and MarketShare has hired all 50 of DataSong's employees.
