Delphon Acquires UltraTape

Hayward-based Delphon Industries said Tuesday that it has acquired Salem, Oregon-based UltraTape Industries. Financial terms were not disclosed. UltraTape is a manufacturer of adhesive tapes for cleanroom environments, along with custom cleanroom and construction process tapes, as well as antistatic, medical and pharmaceutical tapes. Delphon develops products for the packaging and printing industry.
