Discretix Raises $20M

San Mateo-based Discretix has raised $20M in a third round of funding, the firm said yesterday at CES. The new round of capital came from existing investors, including Sequoia Capital. The round brings the firm's total investment to $29.8M. Discretix is developing embedded security products for mobile devices and flash memory. Other investors in the firm include Accel Partners, Pitango Venture Capital, Genesis Partners, SFK, Poalim Ventures, and Eurocom Group. More information »
