Docusign Files For $100M IPO

San Francisco-based Docusign has filed for an IPO, saying it is looking to raise $100M in an IPO on the Nasdaq Global Select Market as DOCU. The company, which develops electronic signature software, is led by CEO Daniel D. Springer. The IPO is being underwritten by Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, Citigroup, BofA Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank Securities, JMP Securities, Piper Jaffray, and William Blair. Docusign's biggest instituional shareholders are Sigma Partners (12.9% of the firm before IPO), Ignition Partners (11.7%), and Frazier Technology Ventures II (7.2%).
