dotMobi Acquires Mowser

Dublin, Ireland-based domain name registration firm dotMobi announced this morning that it has acquired the assets and intellectual property of San Mateo-based Mowser, a developer of mobile browsing software. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. According to dotMobi, it will integrate Mowser's technology into mobile development and content creation tools. Mowser had shut down in April due to lack of funding.
