Dropbox Buys Clementine

San Francisco-based Dropbox has acquired Clementine, a startup which was developing corporate-focused, business phone communications services. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Clementine was backed by Homebrew, Redpoint, WTI, John Robb, Ariel Seidman, Roy Sehgal, Chad Thornton, and Steven Bulfer, and had launched in September of 2014. The company was incubated at Redpoint Ventures.
