EnergyConnect Acquired By Johnson Controls

Campbell-based EnergyConnect, a developer of smart grid demand response services and technologies, has been acquired by Johnson Controls. Financial terms of the deal were not announced by Johnson Controls. Johnson said the deal is expected to be completed by July.
