Eureka Genomics Gets $3.7M

Hercules, California-based Eureka Genomics, a firm focused on using advanced bioinformatics analysis of genetic sequencing data to develop drugs, said Wednesday that it has raised $3.7M in a round of funding from private individuals and angel investors. Names of those investors were not released. The firm said the funding will go towards its research aimed at identifying novel microorganisms associated with specific cancers and other important diseases. More information »
