Exponential Interactive Acquires Techbargains.com

Emeryville-based Exponential announced today that it has acquired Techbargains.com, an online site focused on consumer technology. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Exponential is the parent company of Tribal Fusion, the online advertising network. Exponential said that the acquisition would add to the firm's technology vertical. Techbargains.com is an online site that provides information about deals, bargains, and the latest consumer technology.
