Fastly Finds $40M For Content Delivery Network

San Francisco-based Fastly said this morning that it has raised $40M in a Series C funding, for the company's content delivery network efforts. According to the company, the Series C funding was led by August Capital and also included Battery Ventures, O'Reilly AlphaTech Ventures, and Amplify Partners, plus IDG Ventures. Fastly is led by Artur Bergman, and says its customers include GitHub, HotelTonight, Imgur, Shopify, Twitter, and Yelp. More information »
