Fitmob Acquired By Classpass

San Francisco-based live fitness training startup Fitmob, which was started by Snapfish veterans Raj Kapoor and Paul Twohey, has been acquired by New York-based competitor Classpass, the two announced Thursday. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Classpath helps connect people with fitness tudios and gyms, whereas Fitmob was focused on community-based fitness classes led by trainers--initially focused on parks and outdoor spaces, but later added gyms and studios to its mix.
