Fry Buys Pinnacle Rock Associates

Michigan-based Fry, Inc. a provider of e-commerce design, development, and managed services, announced today it has acquired Pinnacle Rock Associates, a San Francisco-based consluting firm. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclsoed. Pinnacle Rock provides business and technology consluting services to retailers, catalog, and consumer goods manufacturers.
