FutureDial Buys Cellebrite

Sunnyvale-based FutureDial, a provider of mobile device management software, said today that the firm and one of its major shareholders, Sun Corporation, have acquired the assets of Cellebrite Mobile Synchronization. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Israel-based Cellebrite is a maker of contact synchronization software for mobile phones.
