Geekatoo Merges With HelloTech

Mountain View-based Geekatoo, an in-home, technology services and support startup, has merged with fellow in-home tech support company HelloTech, the two said this morning. Financial details of the merger were not announced. Geekatoo has a network of around 7,000 people providing tech support around the country, and was founded by Kevin Davis and Christian Sheldon. HelloTech is led by Richard Wolpert, a former RealNetworks executive and venture advisor to Accel Partners.
