Google Completes YouTube Acquisition

Mountain View-based Google has completed its acquisition of YouTube, the online user-generated video site. The deal was worth $1.65B. Google said it issued an aggregate of 3,217,560 shares of its stock as part of the deal. 12.5% of the equity issued in the transaction is subject to escrow for one year.
