Haggin Marketing Buys SolutionSet

San Francisco-based Haggin Marketing, a direct marketing services agency, said this morning that it has acquired Palo Also-based SolutionSet. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. According to Haggin Marketing, the buy was financed by private equity firm Lake Capital, and adds more than 100 employees to the firm. SolutionSet is a provider of digital marketing services, including web development and related services.
