Helix Buys HumanCode

San Carlos-based personal genomics company Helix announced today that it has acquired HumanCode, a Denver-based company which was one of its partners. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. As part of the acquisition, Helix said it will set up a new office in Denver. As a part of the acquisition, Helix said that HumanCode's co-founder, Ryan Trunck and Jennifer Lescallett, plus HumanCode's entire team, will join the company.
