Imperva Acquired By Distil Networks

Redwood Shores-based Imperva, which develops cybersecurity software, has acquired Arlington, Virginia-based Distil Networks, the companies said on Tuesday. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Distil Networks was venture backed by Bessemer, Triangle Peak partners, Foundry Group, Techstars, ff Venture Capital, MI Ventures, Correlation Ventures, as well as IDEA Fund Partners. Distil develops cybersecurity software to help deal with bot attacks.
