INNOViON Acquires Ion Implant Business From TSS

San Jose-based INNOViON, a provider of ion implantation support and services for the semiconductor and microelectronics industry, said this week that it has acquired the ion implant service business of Thomson Support Services (TSS). Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. INNOViON said it will be transitioning the TSS business to its San Jose, California facility over the coming months.
