IntegenX Raises $15.6M
Pleasanton-based IntegenX, a provider of equipment used for preparing DNA and RNA samples for genetic analysis, said last week that it has raised $15.6M in a round of financing, and acquired GenVault Corporation. The funding round was led by Domain Associates, and also included In-Q-Tel and RONAholdings LLC. Financial terms of the acquisition of GenVault were not disclosed, however, GenVault investors QuestMark Partners, Cross Creek Partners, and Greenspring Associates join as investors in IntegenX.
