Intematix Raises $16.5M

Fremont-based Intematix, a company developing solid state lighting and display phosphors, said today that it has raised $16.5M in a Series C round of funding. The funding was led by Crosslink Capital and Samsung Ventures. Additional investors in the round included Presidio STX, Draper Fisher Jurvetson, East Gate Capital and Pacifica Fund. Intematix said the funding will be used for product line and market expansion, as well as research and development. More information »
