Ivalua Buys Directworks

Redwood City-based Ivalua, a developer of cloud spend management software, has acquired Directworks, a developer of a cloud-based systems for supplier management, RFPs, and other related areas. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Ivalua's CEO is David Khuat-Duy.
