Lithium Acquires Online Community Biz From Jive

San Francisco-based Lithium has acquired the external online community business of Palo Alto-based Jive, the two said this week. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. According to the two, the buy will allow Jive to focus on its interactive, intranet solution.
