LiveRamp Acquires Two Companies, Arbor and Circulate

San Francisco-based LiveRamp, a developer of marketing analytics tools, said this week that it has acquired two companies, Arbor and Circulate. The company said it paid approximately $140M in cash plus $50M in stock awards for the two companies, both of which help with "identity resolution" in marketing--identifying consumers in different digital channels. LiveRamp said Arbor and Circulate are expected to contribute approximately $5M in revenues in fiscal 2017.
