Meldium Acquired By LogMeIn

San Francisco-based Meldium, a developer of single-sign on, password management, and identity management software, has been acquired by LogMeIn. LogMeIn said it paid $15M in cash for Meldium, and will hire all of Meldium's team. Meldium will remain in San Francisco. Meldium came out of YCombinator, and had raised funding from Draper Associates and Founders Co-op.
