MixMatchMusic Buys Mix2R

San Francisco-based MixMatchMusic said earlier this week that it has acquired Mix2r, an online site focused on allowing artists to upload songs and tracks for use in electronica. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. MixMatchMusic maintains an Internet-based library of musical stems, for remixing into other music. MixMatchMusic is backed by angels, and Mix2r.com was bootstrapped by its founders.
