Movaris Acquired By Trintech Group

San Jose-based Movaris, a developer of financial compliance and risk management software, has been acquired by Trintech Group. Dallas-based Trintech Group Plc. said it paid $5M cash plus 1.25M Trintech ADR shares for Movaris. Movaris was venture backed by Granite Ventures, Hyperion, Adobe Ventures, Mohr Davidow Ventures, and Redpoint Ventures. Trintech Group Plc. is also a developer of risk management and compliance software.
