mSnap Acquired By Marketing Firm

San Francisco-based mSnap, a venture-backed operator of a SMS advertising network, has been acquired by SmartReply. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. According to SmartReply, the buy will give it access to mSnap's SMS network, which includes over 1,150 radio, print, and cable broadcast partners. mSnap was venture backed by First Round Capital and Partech International.
