NeoPhotonics Buys Paxera

San Jose-based NeoPhotonics announced this morning that it has acquired Santa Clara-based Paxera, a developer of ultra-wide tunable lasers. NeoPhotonics said the acquisition extends the range of solutions the firm can offer to OEMs and network operators. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
