Nimbic Acquired By Mentor Graphics

Mountain View-based Nimbic, a developer of electromagnetic (EMI) simulation software, was acquired by Mentor Graphics last week. Financial details of the deal were not announced. Nimbic was venture backed by Austral Capital, Madrona Venture Group, and WRF Capital.
