Pandora Bumps Estimated Price, Shares In IPO

Oakland-based Pandora Media, the online personalized radio station service, has bumped the number of shares and estimated opening price for its IPO, according to a regulatory filing by the firm Friday. The firm said it will now offer 14,684,000 shares, estimated to price at between $10.00 and $12.00 per share, above the earlier, 13,684,000 shares of stock and $7.00 to $9.00 per share estimated price from its last estimate. Pandora has applied to list on the NYSE under the symbol "P".
