Proformative Gets $1.1M

San Jose-based Proformative, an online site focused on corporate finance executives, said today that it has raised $1.1M in a Series A funding round. The round was led by Bullpen Capital and Floodgate, the venture fund of Mike Maples. Proformative provides resources to corporate finance, treasury, and accounting executives, including news, information, and other online resources. The company is headed by John Kogan.
