Radiant Entertainment Acquired By Riot Games

Los Altos-based videogame developer Radiant Entertainment said this morning that it has been acquired by Riot Games. Financial details of the buy were not announced by the company. Radiant Games was developing a team-based, town building simulation game called Stonehearth, as well as another title, Rising Thunder. Radiant said it will discontinue work on Rising Thunder as a result of the acquisition.
