Re/code Acquired by Vox Media

Technology news site Re/code announced late Tuesday that its parent company, Revere Digital, is being acquired by Vox Media. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Re/code is based in San Francisco, where Vox Media also has an office. The two said that Re/code will continue to be led by its existing management team, and also work with another, Vox Media property--The Verge--where appropriate. Re/code was founded by Kara Swisher and Walt Mossberg.
