Reactrix Raises $45M Series D

Redwood City-based Reactrix Systems has raised $45M in a Series D funding round, the firm said Thursday. The funding included new investors D.E. Shaw Group and Menlo Ventures, along with existing investors Mobius Venture Capital, Thomas Weisel Venture Partners and Worldview Technology Partners. Montgomery & Company represented Reactrix in the financing. Reactrix operates a media network for advertising to the retail market. More information »
