Red Hat Buys Codenvy

San Francisco-based Codenvy, a developer of software used for cloud application development, has been acquired by Redhat, Redhat announced this morning. Financial details of the buy were not disclosed. Codenvy was founded in 2013, and is based on the open source, Eclipse Che software. Codenvy was backed by Auriga Partners and Toba Capital.
